Hentoff's music has been featured on numerous episodes of the Emmy Award winning PBS documentary series Frontline, ABC News’ Primetime, as well as shows for Peter Jennings Productions and The Merrow Report, among others. Her film credits include the critically acclaimed Pennebaker/Hedgedus Production Start-Up.com and most recently Golden Venture, a Peter Cohn film narrated by Tim Robbins, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.
Hentoff is at home in any style of music. She has created full orchestral scores, middle-eastern grooves with oud, hip-hop instrumentals, and she can deepen the emotional experience of anything visual by accompanying it with her distinctive and expansive color palate of sounds.
Hentoff earned both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the Manhattan School of Music in New York City.
